Job summary

PT WEICHUANG INDONESIA PACKAGING is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to coordinate communication and operations with Mandarin-speaking management and partners. You will translate and review business and legal documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with company requirements.

You will assist the Manager in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts and licenses, ensure administrative processes comply with regulations, oversee filing and licensing, and provide reports on communication,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field required.
Indonesian CPA (or equivalent) with manufacturing experience.
Minimum 2 years as Mandarin Administrator with legal functions.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate communication and operational activities with Mandarin-speaking management or partners.
