Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, SCM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehouse operations, cost management, finance, or internal control.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, logistics cost analysis, budgeting, cost control, and auditing.
• Experience managing logistics operations within large-scale ICT, telecommunications, or global corporate environments.
• Advanced Excel with data modeling; proficient PowerPoint.
• Experience using ERP systems, SAP, or other SCM systems.
• Fluent Mandarin for daily collaboration with Chinese stakeholders; proficient English for formal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics internal control operations and ensure compliance across workflows.
• Maintain and update risk registers; conduct internal audits and monitor corrective actions.
• Ensure PR plans are executed on schedule and align with budgets.
• Develop logistics cost budgets and forecasts aligned with BP and project budgets.
• Prepare monthly cost analyses and identify cost leakages and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement corrective actions for cost and operational deviations.
• Analyze large volumes of data to provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions to promote continuous logistics improvements.
