PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead regional logistics, warehousing, and 3PL performance in Indonesia. The role requires strong budgeting, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Candidates should have 7+ years in logistics or supply chain and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas suppliers and global HQs. On-site in South Jakarta preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with logistics or supply chain focus.
• 7+ years in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience leading 3PL and distribution operations.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for international coordination.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage logistics resource plans to support project delivery.
• Oversee warehouse, transportation, reverse logistics, and inventory movements.
• Coordinate logistics implementation and provide on-site support for deployment.
• Lead 3PL, transportation, and warehouse performance through monitoring and improvements.
• Review logistics costs and supplier invoices to ensure efficiency and budget alignment.
• Implement risk management for transportation safety and contingency planning.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and regional teams for timely execution.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to drive continuous supply chain improvements.
