Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is actively recruiting a Logistics Manager for on-site work in South Jakarta, Indonesia. You will lead regional logistics operations, oversee warehousing and transportation, manage 3PL performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in logistics/supply chain, at least 3 years in a leadership role, and proficiency in English and Mandarin. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 7+ years in Logistics or Supply Chain with exposure to warehousing and transportation.
• 3+ years in a managerial role within ICT/telecom/logistics or large-scale supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation operations, reverse logistics, international trade, customs processes, freight management, and logistics compliance.
• Experience managing 3PL, transportation vendors, warehouse operations, and supplier performance.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory due to overseas communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short- and mid-term logistics resource plans for project delivery.
• Oversee warehouse operations, transportation activities, reverse logistics, inventory movements, and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics implementation and provide on-site support for project deployment and warehouse setup.
• Lead performance management of 3PLs, transport vendors, and warehouse partners with regular monitoring.
• Review logistics costs and supplier invoices to ensure efficiency and budget compliance.
• Implement risk management for transportation safety, hazardous materials handling, and business continuity.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, project management and regional teams for timely execution.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvements in supply chain performance.
