PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage internal control, cost management, budgeting, and risk compliance within the logistics and supply chain functions. The role involves overseeing cost forecasts, project budgets, and PR planning while driving cost optimization and risk mitigation.

The candidate will analyze operational data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement audit recommendations to achieve sustainable business targets and compliant logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or internal control.
• Strong knowledge of finance, budgeting, cost control, and auditing.

Responsabilités

• Manage logistics internal control operations and ensure compliance.
• Maintain risk registers and conduct internal audits; report findings.
• Develop logistics cost budgets and forecasts aligned with BP and projects.
• Monitor PR plans and ensure timely execution of purchases.
• Analyze large data sets to identify cost leakages and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations.
