We are seeking a Chinese-speaking Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting while bridging technical financial communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, 3–5 years in Finance or Accounting, and deep PSAK/tax knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
3–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with proven experience as a Supervisor.
Deep knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax laws.
Experience in high-volume inventory accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
Professional English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, for daily communication with stakeholders and reporting.

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for VP FAT review.
Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting entries and ensure accurate General Ledger maintenance.
Bilingual Coordination: Act as a bridge translating local financial data and tax implications for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Tax Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21/23/25).
Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors and maintain meticulous documentation for tax and financial reporting.
