Suzhou Gold Mantis Construction Decoration Co.,Ltd. is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting for ongoing Bali projects. You will drive cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while coordinating with auditors, banks, and China HQ.

The role requires extensive experience in project accounting, A/R and A/P management, and strong Excel skills. Mandarin proficiency is essential for communication with Chinese management.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance & accounts, with at least 4 years.
• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge in project accounting and cost control.
• Must be able to speak, listen, read, and write in Chinese (Mandarin) for communication with Chinese management.

Aufgaben

• Manage full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for the ongoing projects of the our company in Bali Island.
• Handle project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable & receivable, including subcontractor payments, supplier invoices, and client billings.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and project financial analysis.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
• Handle tax matters, GST/SST, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and headquarters (China) for financial matters.
• Work closely with Project Manager and Chinese management on financial planning and cost monitoring.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for project audit purposes.
