Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a FAT Manager for an on-site role in Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. The role leads finance, accounting, tax and governance across the organization, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust financial controls in a multinational mining context.

The candidate will oversee budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, audits, and cross-border coordination with regional and global teams, driving strategic financial decisions and performance improvements while upholding GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance or Accounting.
• 8–10 years of experience across Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• 5+ years in a managerial/leadership role preferred.
• Experience in mining, oil & gas, commodities, logistics, or similar capital-intensive industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance, accounting, bookkeeping, treasury and financial reporting activities with compliance.
• Manage corporate tax planning, reporting, compliance and coordinate external tax audits.
• Oversee AR/AP, banking, cash flow and cost control to maintain performance.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports, variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure statutory financial statements and reports meet local standards and corporate requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants and government authorities on financial matters.
• Maintain strong internal controls and improve processes and governance.
• Collaborate with regional HQ for cross-border reporting and budgeting.
