Qualifications

• Over 5 years of work experience in the construction industry.
• Over 2 years of work experience in positions related to construction technology.
• Fluent in Chinese with ability to communicate with Chinese clients; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the work of project construction organization design and technical planning.
• Responsible for the formulation and submission/approval of project technical solutions.
• Responsible for material approval and plan approval processes.
• Responsible for submitting and reviewing SHD documents (local engineering documentation).
• Assist in coordinating project drawings and collaborate on backend BIM foundation coordination work.
• Participate in project consulting coordination meetings, communicate with consulting engineers, and resolve various technical issues.
• Responsible for handling on-site technical issues and formulating quality rectification plans.
