PT Global Jet Express is seeking an experienced professional to manage gateway construction projects from initiation to closing, while enforcing strict quality controls and coordination with contractors. The role involves reviewing MEP drawings, ensuring installations match design requirements, and overseeing testing, commissioning, and project timelines.

The candidate should have a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree, with Drafter experience preferred, and be willing to travel and work

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience as a Drafter preferred.
• Willing to travel for business trips and work overtime.
• Able to prepare and calculate BoQ.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Enscape advantageous.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering and building calculations.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle gateway construction projects from initiation to closing.
• Execute Quality Control on projects to ensure smooth operation.
• Coordinate with contractors on progress.
• Check MEP drawings and ensure design supports operations.
• Ensure MEP installations meet design and requirements.
• Monitor testing and commissioning of MEP installations.
• Supervise projects to align with design and timeline.
• Provide quick solutions when issues occur.
• Manage admin and field flow if delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Check renovation and construction BOQ/BAST.
