Job summary

PT Global Jet Express is seeking an experienced professional to manage gateway construction projects from initiation to closing, while enforcing strict quality controls and coordination with contractors. The role involves reviewing MEP drawings, ensuring installations match design requirements, and overseeing testing, commissioning, and project timelines.

The candidate should have a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree, with Drafter experience preferred, and be willing to travel and work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience as a Drafter preferred.
• Willing to travel for business trips and work overtime.
• Able to prepare and calculate BoQ.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Enscape advantageous.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering and building calculations.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle gateway construction projects from initiation to closing.

Job description

Handle Gateway construction projects (Starting from Initiation to Closing Phase).

Execute Quality Control on projects and ensure they run smoothly.

Coordinate with contractors regarding ongoing project progress.

Check all MEP drawings and ensure the MEP design can accommodate operational activities.

Make sure all MEP installations are according to design and requirements.

Monitor the Testing and Commisioning for the MEP Installations.

Supervise ongoing projects and make sure they are according to the design and timeline.

Provide solutions quickly and efficiently if problems occur in ongoing projects.

Manage the administrative and field flow of the project if delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Check all Renovation and Construction BAST.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Previous experience as a Drafter will be considered an advantage.

Willing to work overtime and travel for business trips when required.

Able to prepare and calculate Bills of Quantities (BoQ).

Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; proficiency in Enscape is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of structural engineering and building construction calculations.

Mandarin proficiency (both spoken and written) is preferred.
