Job summary

PT Porto Indonesia Sejahtera is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Jakarta to own the product strategy, roadmap, and positioning, aligned with company goals.

You will translate market trends and customer insights into actionable concepts, manage end-to-end development from sourcing to launch, and lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Sourcing, and Production while coordinating with overseas Mandarin-speaking partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in product management, development, sourcing, or related role.
• Fluent Mandarin for daily communication with overseas partners.
• Strong understanding of product development, sourcing, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage launches and multiple projects concurrently.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Mandarin Literature, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Development, Sourcing, or related role (preferably in manufacturing or import industry).
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written, for daily communication with overseas suppliers and business partners.
• Strong understanding of product development, sourcing process, and market dynamics.
• Experienced in handling supplier negotiation and product development coordination.
• Proven ability to manage product launches and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking/reporting tools.
