Job summary

PT Porto Indonesia Sejahtera is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Jakarta to own the product strategy, roadmap, and positioning, aligned with company goals.

You will translate market trends and customer insights into actionable concepts, manage end-to-end development from sourcing to launch, and lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Sourcing, and Production while coordinating with overseas Mandarin-speaking partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in product management, development, sourcing, or related role.
• Fluent Mandarin for daily communication with overseas partners.
• Strong understanding of product development, sourcing, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage launches and multiple projects concurrently.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and positioning aligned with company goals.
• Translate market trends and customer insights into actionable concepts and development plans.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, sourcing, sampling, production, to launch.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and Production.
• Build and maintain communication with overseas Mandarin-speaking suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, specifications, timeline, and quality with suppliers.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and competitors to drive improvements.
• Ensure development processes meet timeline, cost targets, and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and product documentation for stakeholders.
