Qualifications

• Experience as Mandarin interpreter and document controller in construction.
• Proficient in MS Office and document management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mandarin–Indonesian interpretation during meetings and site visits.
• Translate project documents and correspondence accurately.
• Facilitate communication between Mandarin stakeholders and project team on technical discussions and requirements.
• Prepare, organize, and control technical documents and records.
• Assist with preparing and reviewing construction contracts and related documents.
• Monitor document submissions and administrative matters to support timely execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure documents are accurate and accessible.
