ASNP Law Office seeks a Mandarin–Indonesian translator to support the legal team, interpreting and translating communications and legal documents. You will liaise with Chinese clients and counterparts and manage firm communications, including social media content, captions, and event updates.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Chinese studies or related field, with a GPA of 3.20 or higher, and strong Mandarin proficiency.
This role involves assisting the legal team by interpreting and translating Mandarin–Indonesian communications and legal documents, supporting liaison with Chinese clients and counterparts, and managing firm communications and administrative tasks.
Assist the legal team by interpreting and translating Mandarin–Indonesian communications and legal documents
Support the legal team in liaising with Chinese clients and counterparts
Assist in managing the Firm's social media platforms, including preparing and coordinating content, drafting captions, scheduling posts, and supporting the publication of the Firm's activities, achievements, events, and other relevant updates
Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meeting
Assist in court proceedings by coordinating schedules and preparing necessary documents
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chinese Literature (Sarjana Sastra Mandarin) or another relevant field supporting Mandarin communication skills
Minimum GPA of 3.20
Strong interest in interpreting and facilitating communication in legal-related fields
Excellent command of Mandarin (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
Prior internship and/or working experience as a Mandarin–Indonesian translator or interpreter in a law firm or company (preferred)
Basic understanding of Indonesian Law (preferred)
