Job summary

Ayana is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Guest Relations Officer to join the Rooms team at our renowned Bali luxury resort. The role focuses on welcoming guests, assisting VIPs, and promoting services with a polished, energetic presence.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in a similar luxury setting, OPERA system experience, and a relevant hospitality diploma. A Bachelor's degree is a plus; multilingual abilities are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or related field.
• OPERA system experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests
• Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
• Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
• Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
• Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
• Address customer complaints and upscale to Guest Relations Manager when needed
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
