Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk in Indonesia seeks a Mandarin Translator to translate finance documents from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia/English and vice versa with high accuracy. You will support daily communications between the Finance team and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, and assist in finance admin tasks.

The role requires at least a Diploma/D3 or Bachelor's and 2 years' experience in Mandarin translation, preferably in finance.

Qualifications

Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's degree in any major.
Minimum 2 years of Mandarin translator experience, preferably supporting finance/accounting.
Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
Minimum HSK Level 5 or equivalent proficiency.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in translation.
Good administrative and data management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Willing to be placed in Morowali.

Responsibilities

Translate documents related to finance from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia/English and vice versa with high accuracy.
Support daily communication between the Finance team and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, both internal and external.
Assist in administrative processes related to finance, including documentation, filing, and data management.
Review and process invoices related to Mandarin-speaking vendors or partners.
Ensure proper documentation and organized filing of translated materials and reports.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the Finance department.
