Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Mandarin Curriculum Manager to localize and implement the Mandarin curriculum for Indonesia, ensuring alignment with international standards. The role collaborates with regional HQ to adapt materials, train teachers, and assure academic quality ahead of the January 2027 program launch.

Candidates should have extensive experience in curriculum development and Mandarin education, and be willing to work on-site in Pluit, North Jakarta, with travel to Kelapa Gading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Education or related discipline.
• HSK Level 5 or equivalent Mandarin proficiency with strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Minimum 5 years in curriculum development, Mandarin education, or academic management.
• At least 3 years in a senior or managerial academic role.
• Experience teaching Mandarin or developing Mandarin curriculum for children/young learners.

Responsibilities

• Localize, review, and adapt Mandarin curriculum, lesson plans, and assessment tools for Indonesian learners.
• Develop age-appropriate worksheets and teaching materials aligned with objectives.
• Conduct curriculum research and propose improvements based on pedagogy trends.
• Plan and deliver teacher training programs and coaching sessions.
• Monitor implementation and ensure consistency with international standards.
• Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders for program launch readiness.
• Prepare curriculum documentation and training manuals.
• Coordinate timelines and ensure milestones are completed before launch.
