Experience in teacher training, classroom observations, and curriculum QA.

Responsibilities

Localize, review, and adapt Mandarin curriculum and materials for Indonesian learners.
Develop age-appropriate worksheets and teaching resources aligned with objectives.
Lead teacher training programs and professional coaching sessions.
Monitor implementation and ensure consistency with international standards.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders and operations for launch readiness.
Prepare curriculum documentation and academic performance reports.
