Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is hiring a Mandarin Curriculum Manager to localize and implement the Mandarin curriculum for a new program in Indonesia. You will adapt regional materials to fit Indonesian learners while maintaining international standards.

The role covers curriculum development, teacher training, academic quality assurance, and operations coordination with regional teams to ensure readiness for the January 2027 launch. On-site in Pluit, North Jakarta with travel to centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Education, Chinese Language, Linguistics, Education, or related discipline.
• HSK Level 5 or equivalent Mandarin proficiency with strong reading, writing, speaking, listening.

Responsibilities

• Localize, review, and adapt Mandarin curriculum, lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessment tools for Indonesian learners.
• Develop age-appropriate worksheets, learning resources, interactive teaching materials, and classroom activities aligned with learning objectives.
• Conduct curriculum research and recommend improvements based on trends and second-language acquisition best practices.
• Plan, organize, and deliver teacher training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for Mandarin teachers.
• Conduct classroom observations and center visits to evaluate teaching quality and curriculum implementation.
• Provide feedback and coaching to teachers to improve teaching effectiveness and academic performance.
• Monitor curriculum implementation across learning centers ensuring consistency with standards.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders and local Operations teams to launch the Mandarin program.
• Gather feedback from teachers, students, and parents to identify curriculum improvements.
• Prepare curriculum documentation, academic SOPs, manuals, and performance reports.
• Support development of academic QA systems and standards for the new program.
