Job summary

PT Hey Cool Industry Indonesia is seeking a bilingual HR coordinator to support recruitment, interview coordination, and cross-language communication between Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin. The role includes translating and interpreting during HR activities, developing bilingual SOPs, and coordinating standard operating procedures for multiple departments.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of related experience and strong English, Indonesian, and Mandarin skills

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Provide Mandarin-Indonesian interpretation and translation during interviews, meetings and HR activities.
• Create, review and implement SOPs for various departments, bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.
• Develop and maintain bilingual SOPs to ensure clear communication across teams.
• Assist in video production support, scriptwriting, and related coordination as needed.

Job description

Support the short-form video production process, including assisting with video recording and coordinating related activities.

Assist in developing short-form video scripts and copywriting in both Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.

Assist in creating, reviewing, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departments.

Develop and maintain bilingual SOPs in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin to ensure clear communication and consistent implementation across teams.

Support the HR team in the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication with candidates.

Provide Mandarin-Indonesian interpretation and translation support during interviews, meetings, and other HR-related activities.

Facilitate effective communication between Indonesian-speaking and Mandarin-speaking team members.

Perform other HR-related tasks and responsibilities as required by the company.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any major

Minimum 2 years of related experiences

Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin, with a minimum Mandarin proficiency equivalent to HSK 5

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

Demonstrated strong performance, achievements, and a proven track record in previous roles.

Highly responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Willing to work Monday - Saturday, 8.00 - 18.00 WIB (2 hours lunch break)

Willing to work overtime, when necessary.

Will be placed in PIK, North Jakarta
