Job summary

PT Indoraya Sejahtera Group mengundang kandidat berpengalaman untuk posisi Manager FAT. Anda akan memimpin fungsi manajemen akuntansi perusahaan, memastikan pengelolaan keuangan yang akurat dan mendukung keberlangsungan operasional bisnis.

Tugas meliputi penyusunan laporan keuangan, penutupan bulanan/tahunan, kontrol biaya produksi, kepatuhan pajak, dan pengembangan tim. Kandidat dengan S1 akuntansi/finansial, 5–10 tahun pengalaman, serta pengalaman di industri manufaktur diutamakan.

Qualifications

• Minimal S1 di bidang Akuntansi atau Keuangan.
• Minimal 5–10 tahun pengalaman di Akuntansi/Keuangan, posisi manajerial.
• Pengalaman di perusahaan manufaktur lebih diutamkan.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin proses penyusunan laporan keuangan (neraca, laba rugi, arus kas, laporan biaya) dengan akurasi dan tepat waktu.
• Menangani penutupan bulanan dan tahunan serta rekonsiliasi antara catatan sistem, dokumen pendukung, dan kondisi di lapangan.
• Mengontrol akurasi HPP per unit produksi, mencakup biaya bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan overhead.
• Mengelola kepatuhan pajak (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Badan) termasuk pelaporan SPT Masa dan Tahunan tanpa denda.
• Memimpin, mengembangkan, serta mengevaluasi kinerja tim akuntansi, keuangan, dan pajak.
• Melakukan analisis keuangan untuk mendukung keputusan manajemen strategis.
• Menjaga konsistensi proses kontrol dan audit internal di seluruh siklus akuntansi.
• Menkoordinasi kegiatan keuangan di berbagai divisi untuk kelancaran operasional perusahaan.

Job description

As Manager FAT, you will lead the company's accounting management function comprehensively, ensuring efficient and accurate financial management and supporting business operational sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and control the process of preparing financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, cost report) to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and freedom from fictitious transactions and recording errors
• Oversee monthly and annual closing processes, including periodic reconciliation between system records, supporting documents, and physical conditions in the field
• Control the accuracy of Cost of Goods Produced (HPP) per unit of production, ensuring all cost components (raw materials, labour, overhead) are recorded and calculated correctly to support profitability analysis
• Manage company tax compliance (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Badan) including timely reporting of SPT Masa and Annual returns without penalties
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of accounting, finance, and tax teams
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic management decision-making
• Maintain consistency of control processes and internal audit over the entire accounting cycle
• Coordinate financial activities across divisions to support smooth company operations

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Accounting or Management/Finance
• Minimum 5–10 years of work experience in Accounting/Finance, in a managerial position
• Must have work experience in a manufacturing company (not trading/service sector)
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Accurate)
• Master cost control, financial forecasting, financial report analysis, budget preparation, and internal audit
• High integrity, meticulous, able to lead teams, and able to work under pressure
