Viction.id (Branch Sona Topas ) is seeking candidates for its Management Trainee Program in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. This full-time, on-site role will rotate across sales, marketing, and administrative functions to learn end-to-end operations.

The trainee will support branch activities, analyze performance data, prepare reports, and assist in implementing improvements under senior leaders. This program prepares you for future supervisory roles within the organization.
