Job summary

PT TOYOTA ASTRA FINANCIAL SERVICES invites fresh graduates to join a 9-12 months Management Trainee Program aimed at grooming you into an operational leader within the company.

You will engage in structured training, demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning, planning, leading and executing tasks to qualify for the program, and collaborate with experienced mentors to gain deep insights into leadership and management practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with Bachelor's Degree; GPA 3.50/4.00; open to all majors, preferably Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience is welcome.
• Strong communication, drive, learning mindset, teamwork, and analytical thinking are essential.
• Leadership experience during studies or internships is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned across TAF branches nationwide.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fresh graduate minimum Bachelor's Degree with min. GPA 3.50 out of 4.00. All majors are welcome but preferably from Accounting, Finance, and Engineer.
• Professionals are welcome with maximum working experience 2 years
• Showing excellent personal quality in communication, strong drive and eagerness to achieve, willingness to learn, teamwork, and analytical thinking
• Strong organizational experience in or outside college. Leadership experience is a plus
• Willing to be assigned throughout TAF's branches (all around Indonesia)
