ShopBack Group invites fresh graduates to join the Management Associate Program, a 24‑month rotational track designed to develop future leaders across marketing, business development and operations. You will work with leaders, tackle high-impact challenges, and gain exposure to regional markets in SEA.

Intake cohort is Jan/Feb 2027. This program emphasizes ambiguity tolerance, fast delivery, and a growth mindset, with an AI-native approach guiding project work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required for collaboration across markets.
• Willing to be stationed at Singapore HQ for 3–6 months; relocation to Thailand later in the program.
• Willing to travel at least 50% of the time to gain exposure across markets.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate growth across 2–3 business functions to gain hands-on execution experience.
• Receive dedicated mentorship and leader engagement to guide development.
• Lead impact-focused initiatives with owner responsibility and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build regional perspective in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop business leadership skills with emphasis on growth mindset and data fluency.
• Apply an AI-native approach, building durable tools that can be handed over for execution.
