Job summary

Gunung Sewu Group is launching LEAD, our signature Management Trainee program designed to develop future leaders through real business challenges, hands-on experience, and mentorship from senior industry professionals. The program spans 24 months with bootcamp, three cross-unit rotations, and coaching to accelerate leadership growth.

Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a GPA of at least 3.30.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or professionals with up to 2 years of work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willingness to be placed outside Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month LEAD program with bootcamp and real assignments.
• Rotate across three business units to gain cross-industry exposure.
• Receive coaching and mentorship from senior leaders.
