Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional in Central Jakarta or BSD City to join our finance team. The role focuses on complex financial calculations, forecasting, and month-end close with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/financial operations.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to investigate and resolve issues independently.
• Experience leading/mentoring a small team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage complex financial calculations, including management fees, incentive payments, and other finance-related computations with high accuracy.
• Support end-to-end processing of high-volume financial transactions promptly and accurately.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare and deliver regular financial and management reports, including reconciliations and month-end close support.
• Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies or trends, and provide resolutions and recommendations.
• Communicate with international stakeholders to provide clear financial information.
• Ensure proper documentation, maintain internal controls, and uphold data integrity across processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Monitor team performance and support employee development.
