Zusammenfassung

ATI Business Group seeks a highly skilled finance professional to join our Finance team in Jakarta. This role focuses on complex financial calculations, including management fees and incentive payouts, while upholding accuracy and financial integrity.

You will support end-to-end processing of high-volume transactions, assist in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and deliver regular reports with reconciliations. Strong English communication and ERP familiarity are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• At least 2 years of accounting/financial operations experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel skills with lookups, pivots, and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and manage complex financial calculations, including management fees, incentive payments, and related computations with high accuracy.
• Support end-to-end processing of high-volume financial transactions timely and accurately.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare and deliver regular financial and management reports with reconciliations and month-end close support.
• Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies or trends, and propose resolutions.
