Job summary

Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to oversee the mall-wide cleaning operations, lead the team, and coordinate with tenants and vendors. You will conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.

The role requires experience in supervising housekeeping, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is a plus; high school graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a mall, hotel, or commercial property.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Experience handling vendors and pest control is a plus.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and national holidays.
• Good leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team activities across the mall area.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, manpower allocation, and daily housekeeping operations.
• Coordinate and monitor housekeeping and pest control vendors to ensure service quality and compliance with standards.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory, and ensure proper maintenance and availability.
• Handle housekeeping issues and coordinate with related departments, tenants, and vendors for necessary follow-up.
