Job summary

PT. Bumame Cahaya Medika in Makassar seeks aSales Business Development professional to achieve targets through doctor acquisition, activation, and strong relationship management within the B2D2C ecosystem.

You will develop strategies, manage field doctor visits, and drive revenue growth by expanding the doctor network and partnerships in Makassar. This role requires strong negotiation, communication, and market insight to meet aggressive KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 / Bachelor's Degree from any major.
• 3-5 years of sales/business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics, insurance, FMCG, or B2B/B2C sales is preferred.
• Experience dealing directly with doctors, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare professionals is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Makassar area.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from the B2D2C channel.
• Identify opportunities to expand doctor networks and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare partners.
• Conduct market mapping and provide insights to management to drive market development.
