Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) is seeking an experienced Electrical Utility Operator to monitor, operate, and maintain electrical systems across our production facilities. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, and ensure compliance with K3 safety standards while supporting new installations.

Shift work and prompt response to breakdowns are required to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on experience as electrical utility operator or maintenance technician, preferably in manufacturing or food processing.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLC, control wiring, generators, and high/low voltage distributions.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic drawings and technical manuals.
• Valid electrical safety certification (K3 Listrik) is highly advantageous.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdown calls.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all electrical machinery, equipment, and installations in accordance with company safety standards and operating procedures.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical malfunctions and failures promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of utility equipment and document operational data, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical utility machinery and systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an electrical utility operator or maintenance technician, preferably within the manufacturing, food processing, or feedmill industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLC, control wiring, generators, and high/low voltage distributions.
