Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a perimiter maintenance team at its Indonesia site. You will ensure safety compliance, organize training, monitor certifications, and manage daily operations with a focus on continuous improvement.

The role involves leading maintenance tasks, collaborating with production, and promoting TPM/ERIM initiatives to enhance equipment availability and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules for maintenance activities within the team.
• Induct newcomers and organize training on procedures, tools and standards.
• Train the team on Line QRQC, Maintenance QRQC, Maintenance 5 WHYs, red tags.
• Develop training plans to improve team autonomy and skills.
• Monitor certification and update the flexibility grid in real time.
• Manage daily: absenteeism, holidays, safety enforcement and KPI tracking.
• Conduct monthly meetings to review objectives and social climate.
• Lead maintenance tasks with adherence to KPIs and scheduling.
• Promote ERIM and TPM as part of daily activities.
