Job summary

PT. GANZU GISMA SEIKO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to drive reliability and continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations. You will lead maintenance activities on CNC Lathe and Milling machines and implement TPM practices.

The role requires a D3 in mechanical or electrical engineering, 2+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, problem-solving, and safety awareness; you must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• D3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with CNC Lathe & Milling Machines.
• Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Ability to implement continuous improvement / QCC activities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in maintenance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
