Job summary

PT Sambal Bakar Indonesia is seeking a diligent maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on restaurant outlets and office facilities in Tangerang. You will troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, AC, and kitchen equipment, and report on condition and needs.

The role requires a vocational high school diploma or engineering diploma, ability to work independently or in a team, and readiness to travel within the Tangerang area.

Qualifications

• Must have a Vocational High School / Diploma in Engineering.
• Experience as a technician/maintenance staff is a plus in F&B or hospitality.
• Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, AC, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Willing to be mobile and respond quickly to technical issues.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Disciplined, honest, and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of outlet and office facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, AC, and kitchen equipment issues.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Prepare periodic maintenance reports.
• Willing to handle Tangerang Area (Pd. Ranji, Ciledug, Tangerang, South Tangerang).
