Job summary

Bobobox seeks a Technical Operation Staff to provide hands-on support for branch facilities and equipment, including routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will help keep lobby, pods, toilets, and public areas clean and well‑functioning, and ensure uptime of our outlets and tools.

The role requires at least a high school diploma (preferably Engineering Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronic), at least 1 year in a technician or engineering role, and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or engineering diploma (Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronic) required.
• At least 1 year of experience as technician or engineer in related field.
• Hotel maintenance/engineering experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime and outside operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all branch areas and equipment to operate smoothly.
• Conduct regular cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and equipment per health guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for complex maintenance tasks.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify issues and address them proactively.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities for reporting and planning.

• Ensuring that the cleanliness and tidiness of all branch areas (lobby, pods, parking, offices, public facilities) and features equipment are well functioned and operate smoothly.
• Conducting regular cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces and equipment in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed for more complex maintenance and repair work.
• Performing regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
• Responding to maintenance requests from guests and staff in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities for reporting and planning purposes.

• Candidates must possess at least High School with preference Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field of technician or engineer is required for this position.
• Having experience as a Hotel Maintenance/Hotel Engineering are more favorable
• Willing to work overtime and outside operational time.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Effective time management and ability to balance competing priorities.
