Job summary

Caterpillar Indonesia Batam facility seeks a Technical Planning Manager (Machining) to lead a team focused on improving machining operations, driving capital projects, and enhancing customer satisfaction through process excellence.

You'll design tools, optimize layouts, and implement systems that shape the production of our world-class Hydraulic Shovels, powering infrastructure and mining projects globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5+ years experience in machining/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, NC programming, CAD tools and APQP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams to meet plant objectives and support operating functions.
• Coordinate tool design, manufacturing processing, cost estimating, systems planning, layout, standards, releasing.
