Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. Indonesia Batam facility is seeking a Technical Planning Manager (Machining) to lead and optimize machining operations for hydraulic shovel production. You will drive capital projects, design tooling, and advance layouts and systems that elevate efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Training and developing teams capable of achieving business objectives and supporting plant operations.
• Coordinating tool design, assembly, manufacturing processing, cost estimating, systems planning, layout, standards, releasing, etc.
• Coordinating capital projects for process improvement and customer satisfaction with proper approvals.
• Coordinating installation of new machines and equipment and process changes for efficient, economical manufacture.
