Job summary

PT. Caterpillar Indonesia Batam is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a machining team responsible for CNC turning, milling, and multitask operations.

You will supervise daily production, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced shop floor. The role requires a diploma in engineering with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, strong planning skills, and proficiency in English plus MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role in machining.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production records and reports; monitor performance and safety.
• Supervise daily activities of production line workers; assign tasks and coordinate between teams.
• Train new hires, manage scheduling, and address conflicts; drive continuous improvement.
