Caterpillar Inc. Batam site is hiring a CNC Machining Manager to lead the turning, milling and multitask machining operations. You will ensure processes comply with policies and maintain quality, safety and productivity targets.

You will drive team development, budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with engineering and shop-floor teams to optimize performance and costs.

Formación

• Diploma in engineering with at least 3 years of leadership or managerial experience in machining.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English; strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively manage the machining department to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Identify and deploy skills, resources and systems to deliver projects; engage external resources as needed.
• Lead, coach and develop a high performing machining team; set objectives and review performance.
