Job summary

JAC Recruitment seeks a Mechanical Design Engineering Leader in Indonesia to drive the design and development of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). You will perform engineering calculations and create 2D/3D drawings, coordinating with production and electrical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

The role involves supporting installation, testing, and commissioning activities, with a focus on mechanical design, pneumatics, hydraulics, and manufacturing processes. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
• Experience with special-purpose machines, automation systems, or machine manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and GstarCAD or AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Experience preparing detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings.

• Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
• Create 2D and 3D drawings, assemblies, and BOMs.
• Perform engineering calculations and design reviews.
• Coordinate with production, electrical, and project teams.
