Job summary

EY Parthenon - Strategy and Execution (Junior and Senior Consultant) in Jakarta is seeking candidates to join our Strategy & Execution team and provide clients with hands-on, operationally focused support across the transaction life cycle, including carve-out, due diligence and integration.

You will lead and support due diligence, integration planning and execution, carve-out strategies, synergy tracking, and development of M&A playbooks while collaborating with client teams and contributing to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Economics/Business from reputable university; min GPA 3.2.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years (Junior Consultant) and 3–5 years (Senior Consultant) in consulting or related functions.
• Strong understanding of integrations, carve-outs, and transaction engagements.
• Experience in due diligence (operational or financial) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and client relation skills.

Responsibilities

• PerformBuy-side and Sell-side operational due diligence including stand-alone costing and future operating model design.
• Support integration strategy, planning, and execution with project management and executive communications.
• Assist carve-out/divestiture strategy including operating model design and contract considerations.
• Identify and track synergies and value realization across projects.
• Develop and contribute to M&A and integration playbooks.
• Work with client teams on project execution, timelines and risk management.
• Support business development activities including presentations and pursuit meetings.
