Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of financial due diligence experience with overall 6+ years in the profession.
• Experience with IFRS and Indonesian Accounting Standards.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in due diligence engagements for acquisitions or divestments.
• Analyze financial results and interview management to assess targets.
• Quantify business and commercial issues relevant to valuation.
• Assess carve-out issues for buy-side or sell-side projects.
• Identify opportunities for deal structuring or price reductions.
• Coordinate post-acquisition / divestiture actions.
• Conduct industry and company research and synthesize findings.
• Develop staff through supervision, feedback and performance reviews.
