Job summary

EY-Parthenon Jakarta is seeking a consultant to support strategic advisory assignments, including financial due diligence, valuation and business modelling across cross-border engagements. You will work closely with senior management teams from buyers and sellers to drive optimal transaction outcomes.

You will assist in analyzing financial data, preparing pro forma financials, and contributing to client reports while coordinating with EY service teams to deliver integrated advisory services.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 0–2 years with strong analytical skills and drive.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to achieve strategic goals in buy-side/sell-side transactions.
• Work with senior management teams of buyers and sellers.
• Analyze financial and operational results through accounting records and interviews.
• Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial information for deal valuation.
• Identify issues affecting purchase price, deal structuring, or termination.
• Assist in preparing client reports and coordinating with EY service teams.
