Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from reputable overseas or local universities with GPA 3.20+ or credit/distinction (SC).
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, CPA, CA or CMA are highly regarded.
• Excellent English proficiency in both spoken and written form.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in achieving strategic goals through services like Financial Due Diligence and Valuation & Business Modelling.
• Work directly with senior management teams of buyers and sellers.
• Analyze financial and operational results by reviewing records and interviewing management.
• Prepare and evaluate pro forma information to assess trends and deal valuations.
• Identify issues affecting purchase price, deal structuring or termination.
• Correlate due diligence findings with client valuations and negotiations.
• Conduct industry and company research using public sources.
• Assist in researching accounting issues impacting valuation and structuring.
• Prepare reports and schedules for clients and other parties.
• Collaborate with EY service teams to deliver integrated client service.
