Job summary

PwC Indonesia advisory deals team helps organisations realise value from mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, offering robust valuation advice and transaction modeling. You’ll research financial risks, forecast analyses, and develop financial models to support deal value realization.

As part of Advisory Deals, you’ll contribute to client solutions from strategy to execution, aligning with local and national business and economic trends while maintaining PwC’s ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Majoring in Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• GPA above 3.0 / Second Class Upper Honours / Distinction average from top Indonesian and overseas universities.
• Interest in the consulting and/or financial services industry.
• CFA and/or CPA and/or equivalent qualifications advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to speak good English.
• Associate: Fresh graduates welcome; Senior Associate: minimum 3 years in a major financial advisory firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in various aspects of the project.
• Prepare deliverables and contribute to technical acumen.
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
• Ensure compliance matters are addressed.
• Develop internal relationships and PwC brand.
• Use feedback to develop self-awareness and delegate to others for stretch opportunities.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to handle unstructured problems.
• Use tools to extract insights from industry trends.
• Review work for quality and relevance.
• Explain tool choices and apply them to situations.
