Responsibilities

• Curate wine list and provide wine recommendations in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Coach and develop outlet managers and teams to maintain exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage wine administration, inventory, and records across software platforms.
• Ensure wine profitability, stock control, and guest satisfaction.
