Job summary

InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah seeks a strategic Revenue Manager to optimize commercial performance and yield management for a luxury property. You will lead pricing, forecasting, and inventory controls across channels in Southeast Asia's dynamic market.

Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, F&B, and Front Office, you will deliver data-driven strategies to exceed targets and elevate market share, while developing the reservations team's capabilities for peak performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive Revenue Management experience in a luxury city hotel or premium brand.
• Advanced skills in data interpretation, RMS, Excel modeling, demand forecasting, and budget management.
• Deep understanding of Southeast Asian market dynamics and luxury consumer booking behavior.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Revenue Leadership: develop and implement top-line revenue strategies and business plans.
• Yield & Pricing Optimization: manage transient and group pricing, inventory controls, and promotions.
• Commercial Analysis & Forecasting: produce monthly forecasts, market trends, and competitive benchmarks.
• Distribution & Parity Management: maintain channel integrity and enforce rate parity.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: align with Sales, Marketing, F&B, and Reservations.
• Team Development & Performance: mentor and train revenue and reservations teams.
• Stakeholder Reporting: provide insights and performance summaries to Director of Revenue.
