Job summary

The Luxury Collection Bali – Jimbaran is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to handle guest repair requests and preventive maintenance across hotel facilities. You will inspect equipment, perform repairs, and support the engineering team to ensure reliable operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or bachelors degree in engineering, 2–3 years’ hotel maintenance experience, and preferably a certification in Engineering Competency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelors degree in engineering.
• 2-3 years' experience in hotel or villa general maintenance.
• Experience in luxury hotel engineering or maintenance a plus.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment in kitchens, mechanical rooms and related areas.
• Inspect and operate shut-off valves and maintain inventory; requisition parts as needed.
• Communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts using approved programs.
• Assist with painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC tasks and general repairs.
