Job summary

The Pavilions Bali, a luxury boutique resort in Sanur, seeks an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our F&B teams and guest service delivery. Based in Bali, you will manage service and kitchen operations, coach staff, and ensure food safety standards while controlling costs and inventory.

Excellent English and Bahasa proficiency are essential for guest interaction and team leadership. Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and performance management is required to drive a premium guest

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in a hotel or resort environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing F&B Service and Kitchen teams, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, HACCP principles, and equipment maintenance
• Strong operational and administrative capabilities, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, staff scheduling, and efficient workflow planning.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric approach paired with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop F&B Service and Kitchen teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage performance of F&B staff.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and HACCP compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, inventory management, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team, ensuring a guest-centric service culture.
