Job summary

Raffles Bali is seeking an Accountant to ensure accurate record-keeping, regulatory compliance, and timely supplier payments within our luxury resort. The role involves validating revenue data, reconciling balances, and coordinating with departments and vendors to improve processes.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in hotel accounting, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent numerical and analytical abilities, with English proficiency and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in hotel or hospitality.
• Experience in a luxury hotel/resort is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems; Opera PMS experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter and validate revenue data in the accounting system against supporting documents.
• Process and monitor all transactions, including supplier payments.
• Check revenue postings from hotel departments against invoices and reports.
• Reconcile balance sheet and ensure accurate debt balances.
• Coordinate with other departments and suppliers as needed.
